How It Started...
At Life With Purpose, formerly known as 'Flowstate Breathwork,' we were founded over two years ago by the dynamic duo Riki and Amy Mason. Our mission has always been to create a community centred around holistic well-being. What started as a personal journey of self-discovery and transformation has blossomed into a thriving space where individuals and organisations alike can embark on their own paths to wellness.
Our Impact
In our journey, we've had the privilege of collaborating with remarkable businesses such as Cold & Conscious, Air Locker, Sakara Collective, Novotel, and more, assisting them with personal development and team building. Our commitment to excellence led us to train with industry experts, forging close relationships with our mentors to ensure that we offer nothing but the best to our community.
Our Approach
With thousands of breathwork sessions, ice bath events, sound healing sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions under our belt, we're more excited than ever to elevate our work. Our goal remains steadfast: to inspire and impact as many lives as possible, empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential and live with purpose.
Meet Amy Mason
Co - FOUNDER OF LIFE WITH PURPOSE
Before co-founding Life With Purpose, Amy spent 15 years in Sales & Education within the Hair Industry, eventually owning her own salon for a decade. Transitioning seamlessly into the world of holistic wellness, she introduced breathwork to her salon clients and continues to share her knowledge through weekly classes, 1:1 coaching sessions, and private and corporate events.

Meet Riki Mason
Co - FOUNDER OF LIFE WITH PURPOSE
Riki is not just a Licensed Electrician with seven years of experience running his own company; he's also a visionary in the trade industry. While sharing his knowledge with his team and other trades on-site, Riki co-facilitates our sessions, runs private breathwork sessions, and leads coaching sessions for men.
