My 1:1 breathwork sessions are designed for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can't seem to think their way out of.
Many of the women I work with are navigating perimenopause, PMDD, chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling like they've spent so long looking after everyone else that they've lost connection with themselves along the way.
Breathwork offers an opportunity to step out of the noise of the mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. These sessions can help release stored stress and emotions, regulate the nervous system, create greater emotional awareness, and provide a deeper understanding of what your body may be trying to communicate.
