Breathwork Terms & Conditions 

By purchasing a ticket to The SoundState Experience, Inner Shift or Metal Inspired Breathwork you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Arrival Time & Locked Doors
Doors will be locked at 7:05 PM sharp to maintain the integrity of the space. Please arrive on time. (from 6:50pm) If you are running a few minutes late, kindly message us so we can make arrangements. Late entry without prior notice will not be permitted and tickets will not be refunded.

Photography & Social Media:
Photos and short videos may be taken throughout the event for promotional use on our social media platforms. We are mindful of your experience and will only capture content with discernment. If you prefer not to be included in any media, please let us know upon arrival.

Health Conditions & Medical Advice:
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or any serious medical concerns, please contact us before purchasing your ticket so we can ensure the session is suitable for you. We do not take responsibility for undisclosed conditions.

Allergies:
Our cacao blend contains coconut milk and coconut oil. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us prior to the event.

Sound Healing:
This session includes a sound healing component using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational tools. While most participants find this deeply relaxing, if you have any sound sensitivity, tinnitus, epilepsy, or hearing-related concerns, please notify us before the session.

Reiki & Physical Touch:
During the session, we may offer Reiki or gentle supportive touch if we feel it will enhance your experience. This is done respectfully and with your energetic safety in mind. If you do not wish to receive touch or Reiki, please let us know before the session begins, your boundaries will be fully honoured.

Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend. To do this, you must email us with the new attendee's full name and contact details at least 24 hours prior to the event.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to inform us of any physical, emotional, or mental health concerns prior to booking. We do not assume liability for any experiences that arise due to undisclosed health issues.
